CTS 2026 Church Technology Grant and BusinessRealm Entrepreneur Grant. Hilton LAX, October 5 to 8, 2026.

    Sponsor and administrator

    The grants are sponsored and administered by The Realm Companies, 1010 Helen Power Dr #1070, Vacaville, CA 95687. Questions: call 415-639-9272 or email hello@ministryrealm.com.

    The grants

    These Official Rules govern two separate grants: the CTS 2026 Church Technology Grant and the BusinessRealm Entrepreneur Grant. Each grant has its own application, its own entry pool, and its own winner.

    No purchase necessary

    No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

  4. 04

    Eligibility

    Open to individuals 18 or older who are registered attendees of the Church & Technology Summit 2026 (Church Technology Grant) or the Experia Summit 2026 (BusinessRealm Entrepreneur Grant). Employees and contractors of The Realm Companies and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

    The Church Technology Grant is open to one authorized representative per church. The Sponsor may verify eligibility, attendee registration, and the information submitted at any time.

    Entry period

    Applications open October 5, 2026 at 6:00 PM Pacific and close October 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific. Entries received after the close are not eligible.

    How to enter

    Complete the online application at poweredbyrealm.com/grants/church (Church Technology Grant) or poweredbyrealm.com/grants/entrepreneur (BusinessRealm Entrepreneur Grant) during the entry period. All required fields must be complete and the Official Rules must be accepted for an entry to be eligible.

    Entry limits

    Limit one application per church for the Church Technology Grant and one application per person for the BusinessRealm Entrepreneur Grant. Duplicate entries are disqualified; only the first valid entry counts.

    Bonus entries

    Each eligible application receives one entry. An applicant may receive one additional entry for attending a free public demo at The Realm Companies booth and one additional entry for completing a free EveraRealm or Mason interview, each verified by the Sponsor. Bonus entries never require a purchase and never affect base eligibility.

    Winner selection and odds

    One winner for each grant will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries, including verified bonus entries, after applications close. Five runners up for the Church Technology Grant will also be drawn. Application answers are used to understand applicants' needs and are not used to judge or score entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and verified bonus entries received.

    Prizes and approximate retail value

    Church Technology Grant: 12 months ofMinistryRealm Basic (valued at $199 per month, $2,388) plus the one-time white-label implementation fee waived (valued at $2,500). Approximate retail value $4,888.

    BusinessRealm Entrepreneur Grant: the BusinessRealm Launch Bundle and 12 months of Personal Mason. Approximate retail value $1,545.

    Runners up (church): an offer to waive the white-label setup fee on a Covenant Partner plan signed by October 22, 2026. This offer requires a purchase to use and has no cash value.

    Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash. The subscription begins when the winner activates it and must be activated by December 31, 2026. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

    Winner notification and claim

    Winners will be announced at The Realm Companies booth on October 8, 2026 at 11:30 AM Pacific and notified by email and phone using the contact information provided. Winners do not need to be present to win. A winner who does not respond within 7 days of notification may forfeit the prize.

    Award terms

    Church Technology Grant

    1. The award is 12 months of MinistryRealm Basic (valued at $2,388) plus the one-time white-label implementation fee waived (valued at $2,500), a total approximate retail value of $4,888.
    2. Included Basic features: Up to 500 members; People and CRM, with follow-up tracking; Events and attendance; Email communications; Online giving; Basic analytics; Monthly ContentRealm AI credits; Standard support. Features of higher plans are not included unless the church upgrades.
    3. The winner must accept the award within 7 days of notification, or it may be offered to the next recorded alternate.
    4. The subscription must be activated by December 31, 2026. The 12-month term begins on the activation date and ends 12 months later.
    5. Usage beyond included amounts and third-party costs, such as SMS, telephony, additional AI usage, storage, or video, are not included and may be billed separately at cost or at standard rates. Nothing in the award is unlimited.
    6. Optional Premium upgrade during the complimentary year: $200/month (the difference between Premium at $399 and the $199 Basic value covered by the grant), billed only for months remaining in the grant year, or $1,995 prepaid for 12 months of Premium beginning on the upgrade purchase date. This is first-year promotional pricing.
    7. Upgrading never revokes the grant and never adds a second implementation fee for the same deployed environment. No charge is made for any period that is not provided, and a full annual amount is never charged for fewer than 12 months of service without the church's explicit choice.
    8. After the promotional period ends, Premium continues at $399/month unless the church selects a separate multi-year offer. Basic continues after the grant year only if the church chooses to renew at the then-current price; otherwise the subscription ends.
    9. The award is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash. Unused months do not carry over after expiry.

    BusinessRealm Entrepreneur Grant

    1. The winner must accept the award within 7 days of notification, or it may be offered to the next recorded alternate.
    2. The award must be activated by December 31, 2026. The 12-month term begins on the activation date.
    3. Usage beyond included amounts and third-party costs may be billed separately. Nothing in the award is unlimited.
    4. The award is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash.

    Alternate winners

    Alternates are drawn in advance and recorded in order. If a winner is disqualified, declines the prize, or does not respond within the claim window, the prize is offered to the next recorded alternate in order.

  14. 14

    Verification and disqualification

    The Sponsor may disqualify any entry that contains false or misleading information, violates the entry limits, attempts to tamper with the entry or drawing process, or otherwise fails to meet these Official Rules. The Sponsor's decisions on eligibility and administration are final.

  15. 15

    Taxes and fees

    Winners are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with the prize.

  16. 16

    Release and limitation of liability

    By entering, each applicant releases and holds harmless The Realm Companies and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from participation in the grants or the acceptance or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

    Publicity

    Except where prohibited by law, the Sponsor may announce each winner's name and city and state. Sharing a winner's story as a case study or testimonial is optional and done only with the winner's agreement.

  18. 18

    Privacy and data use

    Information submitted is used to administer the grants and to follow up about products from The Realm Companies, including through the applicable Realm product team. Applicants may opt out of follow-up at any time.

  19. 19

    Disputes and governing law

    These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from the grants will be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in California, and each applicant waives any right to a class action or jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

    Winner list and results

    The winner of each grant is announced at The Realm Companies booth on October 8, 2026 at 11:30 AM Pacific. To request the winner list after the announcement, email hello@ministryrealm.com or call 415-639-9272.

  21. 21

    General

    The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if it cannot run as planned, including because of fraud, technical failure, or events beyond the Sponsor's control. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These Official Rules govern the grants. If any promotional summary conflicts with these rules, these rules control.
